 Megh Ale is the Managing Director of our Nepal operation and is one of Nepal's leading figures in rafting. Having spent several years working and exploring the rivers and jungles of Nepal, including four years at the Bardiya National Park as a naturalist, Megh is always ready to share his deep understanding of Nepal and its myriad cultures, plants and animals. He is the founder and president of the Nepal River Conservation Trust (NRCT), and the Managing Director of Ultimate Descents Nepal. |
 Wade Campbell is a Canadian native and is currentely the MD of our operations in Sri Lanka. Wade has extensive experience in outdoor adventure pursuits. He has delivered outdoor programs for twenty five years in various countries. He is knowledgeable in the field of experimental education, adventure-based programs, marketing and tourism. He began his career in Outdoor Education with the Canadian Outward Bound Wildness School in 1984.
He is presently the Managing Director for the Borderlands Adventure Centre in Sri Lanka. |
 Anil Chitrakar, the corporate director for our Nepal operations. Anil is a great facilitator and brings decades of experience in implementing small and large projects in Nepal and globally, both in the private and the public sectors.
